Our Team
Capitol View Construction is led by Vice Presidents Jon McCoy, Eric Zimmerman, and Construction Manager Steve Waller. They oversee several talented and experienced field crews.

About Us
Our history
Capitol View Construction (CVC) has had a few names over the years, but we have been building steadily in Pennsylvania for decades. The company was founded by John Rhodes in the 1976 to develop multifamily communities in Pennsylvania.
Through the years, our company constructed or managed the construction of thousands of multifamily units, as well as single family homes and commercial and medical office buildings.
Late in 2020, we became 100% employee owned. Shortly thereafter, we moved into the former HARSCO headquarters facility in Camp Hill. and we changed our name from Rhodes Construction Solutions to Capitol View Contruction.
Today, CVC is focused on doing construction and construction management for select clients, primarily in central Pennsylvania. We are deeply committed to our clients' success, which is why our clients are as loyal to us as we are to them.

We employ craftsman - carpenters, plumbers, electricians. We work with the kind of individuals we'd want working in our own homes and office. Many of the guys on our construction team could be leading their own companies, but they work for CVC so they can truly focus on their craft.
